A Thanksgiving of equality for all

Oklahomans for Equality (OkEq) invites you to join them for their Thanksgiving Day community meal at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center.

The meal is free and open to anyone who wishes to attend. However, it is requested that you please confirm your attendance by contacting: Lucas.Green@OkEq.org or visit their Facebook Event Page to confirm your attendance.

Local Affirming and Inclusive congregations and OkEq provide a wonderful meal every year. The meal will be served at 12:00 pm. Lunch provided by: Unity Church of Christianity, Parish Church of Saint Jerome, Bethany Christian Church, College Hill Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Lutheran Church, All Souls Unitarian Church, St. Paul's United Methodist, Diversity Christian Fellowship International, Eastside Christian Church, Open Table, UCC, University United Methodist Church, and Whole Foods Tulsa.

Harpist, Linda Paul, will provide special music to accompany the meal.

The Dennis R Neill Equality Center is the 5th largest LGBT community center in the world.  It serves as the headquarters of Oklahomans for Equality (OkEq).  Over 47,000 individuals utilized the Equality Center in 2012 and over 50 monthly programs are offered. 

Oklahomans for Equality (OkEq) seeks equal rights for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) individuals and families through advocacy, education, programs, alliances and the operation of the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center.

OkEq is open 7 days a week, Monday - Saturday Noon - 9:00 pm & Sunday Noon - 6:00 pm.
