“The Myth of the Gay Agenda”

If you want to watch something short and informational, this TED talk explores what exactly the “gay agenda” is and its falsehoods.

Delivering the talk is LZ Granderson. Granderson identifies as gay and is a journalist and commentator for CNN and ESPN.

During his talk, Granderson notes how some politicians claim that the LGBT+ community is more dangerous than terrorism.

He continues to satirize what the “gay agenda” looks like by discussing his daily agenda. This agenda included things like making coffee, getting stuck in traffic, waiting in lines at airports and cleaning.

Granderson goes on to discuss the relationship him and his husband share. He comments on the struggles of love that are common among all marriages.

His point being that as humans, regardless of orientation, we are all, in general, seeking the same thing out of intimate relationships.
