Are you in need of health coverage?

The Latino Agency has extended hours to help you sign up for health insurance.

While December 24th was a significant date for people looking to secure health insurance coverage beginning January 1st, it is important to remember that we are more than halfway through the full six month open enrollment period. Consumers have until March 31, 2014 to enroll for health coverage. Consumers that enroll in coverage by March 31, 2014 will not have to pay the individual responsibility payment for the time that they are without health insurance coverage in 2014.

The Latino Agency is located at 420 S W 10th, Oklahoma City, OK 73109. They have extended hours to apply for health coverage: Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 6:30pm; Saturday 9am – 1pm.

Regardless of the area you live in, you can call 211 for assistance with the Healthcare Exchange.

You can also call the federal helpline at 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to start or finish an application, compare plans, enroll or ask a question.

To apply for health coverage in person, please bring the following: W2 Forms for the household, Social Security cards, employer information, information about the current health insurance if you have it, a recent pay stub or proof of any household income. If you are signing up at www.healthcare.gov, or by phone at 1-800-318-2596, please have these documents available.
