NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — The latest on wintry weather and heavy rainfall in Oklahoma (all times local):

All of Oklahoma is at risk for either wintry weather or flooding as a storm system moves across the state this holiday weekend.

An ice storm warning is in effect for western Oklahoma until noon Saturday, while parts of central Oklahoma are under both a winter weather advisory and a flash flood watch. The National Weather Service says northern and western Oklahoma will see freezing rain and sleet on Friday with up to a half inch of ice possible in some areas.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says highways are slick and hazardous in the Panhandle, including the Woodward area.

In central and eastern Oklahoma, heavy rainfall is the bigger threat. Forecasters say some areas in southeastern Oklahoma could see 6 to 8 inches of rain through Sunday morning, which would likely cause river flooding.
