A gay couple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, says they're being discriminated against and facing threats of eviction because of the gay pride flag outside their apartment.
Kevin Kollman and Merle Malterer live in Country Oaks Apartments, and their property owner told them they had five days to take it down, or they would be evicted. They said it wasn't an issue that the flag was an LGBTQ+ symbol of pride, but that it's a flag at all.
However, other residents have faced no threats flying other flags outside their apartments.
