Tulsa University Theatre presents "Falsettos"
Falsettos is an LGBTQ+ focused play by William Finn and James Lapine.
Centered around a Jewish family and their friends in the late 1970’s New York during the beginning of the AIDS epidemic, Falsettos explores how love connects us, proving that family is more than blood but those who stay with us through the journey.
The University of Tulsa’s Department of Theatre will present the Tony Award-winning musical, Falsettos, by William Finn (Putnam County) and James Lapine (Into the Woods), Nov. 1-3.
Performances are Friday and Saturday, Nov. 1-2 at 8 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. All performances will be held in Kendall Hall’s Theatre II on the TU campus.
Admission is $20 for adults, $10 for senior citizens and college students, and $6 for TU students, faculty and staff. Local high school students receive one free ticket with I.D. Tickets may be purchased online at www.utulsa.edu/TUTheatre or by phone at (918) 631-2567.
Seating is limited. Falsettos is rated PG-13 for adult language and situations.
