MOREcolor 2026 at Oklahomans for Equality

MOREcolor will be on display from May 29 – July 25, 2026, at the Allie Jensen Memorial Art Gallery at OkEq. The Opening Reception will be on Friday, May 29, at 6 PM. Photo provided.

This summer, MOREcolor 2026 will be on display at Oklahomans for Equality at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center, featuring 20 regional artists working across sculpture, painting, photography, textiles, and mixed media. All artwork is for sale, with proceeds supporting both the artists and OKEQ.

MOREcolor is the current incarnation of the art show that began in the 1980s as the TOHR Art Show, a Pride fine arts tradition started by Tulsa Oklahomans for Human Rights, long before OKEQ had a permanent home in the Equality Center.

For decades, this exhibition has created space for 2SLGBTQ+ artists to be seen, celebrated, and supported. Artists receive 70% of their sales (30% commission retained), with the option to split proceeds 50/50 or donate 100% of sales to Oklahomans for Equality.

On View: May 29 – July 25, 2026, at the Allie Jensen Memorial Art Gallery at OkEq. The Opening Reception will be on Friday, May 29, at 6 PM — kick off Pride Month with us! Also, the Makers’ Market will be Saturday, July 25 (12–5 PM) during the Tulsa Fringe Festival.
