Nothing spooky at Paseo’s October First Friday

OKC’s Paseo Arts District October First Friday Gallery Walk will be this Friday, October 6. The Gallery Walk will have more than 20 galleries featuring over 80 artists who will host opening receptions, promising something for everyone.

Celebrating our furry friends, Paseo will host two different pet-friendly vendors for “Pets on Paseo,” including Barking Dog Bakery with their home-made pet foods and Free to Live will host an adoption event.

Two new retail businesses have joined Paseo, EB Gallery (photography) and Smash Bangles (jewelry, art and gifts.)

Smash Bangles, “Jewelry, Gifts & Whimsy on the Paseo” is having its Grand Opening at Paseo’s First Friday event with door prizes (from 4 – 8 p.m. Need not be present to win). Smash Bangles is the new eclectic shop offering handmade jewelry, unique gifts, visual art and more. Regular hours will be Wednesday thru Saturday 11a.m. – 6p.m., Sunday 12 – 5 p.m.

EB Gallery features the photographic works of Eric Bloemers of Oklahoma City.

Smash Bangles and EB Gallery are in the new building “Pueblo of Paseo” at 607 NW 28th St. Suite’s F and E, respectively. 

Featured musician is Darren Cipponeri and his month’s food trucks include Rolling Café and Stray Dog Cart.
