Wichita Pride is seeking artwork submissions for Five Decades Forward – Stonewall 1969-2019, the theme for the 2019 Wichita Pride Celebration.

“Each year Wichita Pride seeks art submissions from the local community that express the theme selected for the Wichita Pride Celebration,” said Stephanie Byers, Communications Director for Wichita Pride.

All submission must be received by Wichita Pride, in person or email, no later than January 15. Designs must fit comfortably on one of two formats: a round, 3” diameter button or a 3” by 2” rectangular button.

Your logo submission should be legible when silk-screened onto t-shirts and other materials. Artwork must be scalable (no bitmaps; vector only), and all submissions must be in PDF or EPS format. The winning artist must agree to provide all source files in their original format.

The winning artist shall receive from Wichita Pride a cash gift of $100.00, an official Pride 2019 t-shirt, two Pride 2019 buttons and free admission to all Pride 2019 events, whether those events have a fee over and above the button price.

The artist will also be recognized with an article in the annual Wichita Pride guide.

Artwork selected for Pride 2019 will become the property of Wichita Pride, Inc. Submissions will not be returned to the artists.

Wichita Pride Inc. is a non-profit organization tasked with organizing, promoting, and operating Wichita’s annual Pride Celebration and related events.
