Oklahoma City, OK (June 23, 2016) – The Paseo Arts District's First Friday Gallery Walk for July will take place on Friday, July 1, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  The Gallery Walk will have 22 galleries featuring over 80 artists who will host opening receptions, promising something for everyone.

The Paseo Art Space, at 3022 Paseo, will feature the opening reception for "The Print on Paseo," the Paseo Arts Association's juried printmaking exhibition. It is open to all types of printmaking ranging from traditional style to contemporary. Through this exhibition, the Paseo Arts Association strives to represent and spotlight the depth and diversity of Oklahoma printmakers.

Among the live entertainment for June is artist Zack Baker, a singer/songwriter with Rock'n'Roll roots, born and raised in Oklahoma City. In his early twenties, after attending Berklee College of Music in Boston, he returned to Oklahoma to devote all of his energy to the local music scene. Now, after sharpening his skills by playing in bands for more then six years, his unique songwriting abilities and high-energy stage presence are winning him a following as a solo act.

Street cuisine offerings for June include Tasty Beats which offers a wide variety from hot dogs to chicken tacos and Zebra Snow will help you beat the heat with an ice cold snow cone.

Each First Friday, Paseo galleries offer special themed exhibits, refreshments, guest artists and a variety of entertainment opportunities – all within walking distance. Three restaurants and a handful of shops round out the Paseo's distinctive atmosphere.  The Paseo is Oklahoma City's unique arts destination, located between NW 27th & 30th Streets and Walker & Hudson.
