Bernie Sanders has been in a seemingly uphill climb for most, if not all, of the Democratic Primary. Some would say that the DNC favors Clinton, or that the nomination process is rigged.

Bernie Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver charged Wednesday morning that the DNC chair has been "working against" the senator for "personal reasons."

Weaver was responding to a statement made by DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz yesterday, in which she said that Sanders supporters behaved in an "unacceptable" manner during the Nevada Democratic State convention last weekend, calling Schultz's comments "ridiculous."

"It's been pretty clear almost from the get-go that she has been working against Bernie Sanders for personal reasons," Weaver said of the chairwoman.

Sanders supporters after the convention threw chairs, started fights, and vandalized the Clinton campaign headquarters with pro-Sanders graffiti.

"I don't really know what her motivation is," Weaver said, adding "it's clear there is a pattern of conduct from the beginning of this campaign that has been hostile to Bernie Sanders and his supporters and really she has become a divisive figure in the party."

The Democratic Primary is on the verge of wrapping up with Hillary Clinton at 2,293 delegates and Sanders trailing at 1,533.
