"A Celebration of the Beauty and Diversity of Creation," an event sponsored by the Tulsa Interfaith Alliance, OKEq, and the Tulsa Pride Committee.

Tulsa's Interfaith Pride service, sponsored by the Tulsa Interfaith Alliance, OKEq, and the Tulsa Pride Committee, will be held this Thursday, May 30, 7pm at Phillips Theological Seminary, 901 N Mingo Rd, Tulsa.

Representatives from the Jewish community, pagan community, Christian communities, and spiritualist communities will be there. Keynote speaker will be Rev Nancy Eggen, Executive Director of United Campus Ministries at the University of Tulsa and this year's recipient of the Russell Bennett Spiritual Inclusion Award (presented as part of OKEq's Equality Gala).

The theme of the service is "A Celebration of the Beauty and Diversity of Creation." We will have speakers offering readings, prayers, and blessings from their various traditions, and musicians offering old-time gospel, a Capella solo voice, crystal bowls (similar to Tibetan singing bowls, but make from crystals), a guitar-playing, folk-song-singing duo, and Rebecca Ungerman.
