PRESIDENT OBAMA RE-ELECTED

Shortly after 11:30 pm (EST) MSNBC and CNN projected President Barack Obama to win re-election. The final official electoral and popular vote count may take several days to tally because of provisional ballots. The Republicans will keep the House and the Democrats will retain the Senate.
