Shadid, Salyer return to OKC Council
Oklahoma City Ward 2 Councilmember Ed Shadid.
Councilmember Ed Shadid was returned to the Oklahoma City Council Ward 2 seat with 59.1 percent of the vote, against three challengers, in the Council election held Tuesday, March 3.
Councilmember Meg Salyer, Ward 6, was reelected with 53.7 percent of the vote.
Mark Stonecipher was elected to his first term as Councilmember for Ward 8 with 60.1 percent of the vote, against two challengers.
