Angles OKC holds disaster relief event

A star-studded evening has been planned for “Disaster Relief 2013.” Hosts John Beebe and Kirk Martin have put together a line-up of your favorite hosts in Oklahoma.
The event will be held June 8th, 8pm – 10pm (or when finished) at Angles Club at 2117 NW 39th St. in OKC. There will be live entertainment and live auction throughout the evening.
“I have done fundraisers for 20 years and this was calling me to do something,” said John Beebe, event organizer. “We are a community that pulls together and there is no better reason for a fundraiser.”
The event donations will go for relief efforts for the 2013 twister that ripped through Moore, OK and parts of south OKC and Norman.
OKC’s own Cimarron Alliance will be the charitable organization for the event.
“It is in our community’s blood to help, weather we have money, talent, food or anything,” added Beebe. “It makes me so proud…it makes me so proud.”
